1. Eligibility for Refunds - Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

Technical Issues: Product did not work due to verified technical faults on our side.

Duplicate Payments: Accidental double charges for the same product.

Access Issues: You did not receive the product after payment due to an error on our part.
2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds once the product (indicator, tool, template, or resource) is downloaded, accessed, or activated.

No refunds for dissatisfaction if the product functions as described.

No refunds for failure to attend live or recorded training sessions after purchase.
3. Refund Request Process
